Dear African Women’s Association,

Thank you for taking the time to discuss your digital marketing needs and business goals with us. We are confident that we will be able to deliver outstanding results and that too, on time and within budget.

The introductory meeting that we had was insightful and forms part of our ‘Research’ process. We’re excited about bringing your vision to reality through a powerful online presence and learning management system and top notch collaboration and support.

To add to this, we all have witnessed first-hand how quickly things can turn around, and based on world events and trends, we highly recommend building your digital presence sooner rather than later. Note that the focus of all of our work would be conversion optimization so that you’ll benefit not just from an online system, but an online system that works for you. Being ‘conversion-focused‘ is our fundamental philosophy simply because the world has changed dramatically and will continue to do so in a shorter time-frame. Businesses who ignore the ‘digital age’ that we live in, in which billboards and flyers are not noticed because everyone’s looking at his or her phone, will feel the brunt of the blow to their sales efforts very quickly.

This website design proposal outlines the scope of services we offer, delivery timeline and your investment.

We are available to answer your questions regarding the proposal.

We look forward to welcoming you and to demonstrating our expertise to deliver desired results.
Though some information has been provided so that this proposal can be drafted, research will continue into Phase 1 and onwards as we better understand your business, your business goals, your customers and their expectations and behaviour, and how your website factors into all of it. We’ll also look at the competitive landscape to establish context and benchmarks for how your site should function and then improve on that. This stage will give us the foundation for moving forward with just the right recommendations for optimization of your new website and digital marketing strategy. As mentioned, some degree of research has been already done via our introductory meeting, and we have been presented with preliminary information which will aid in Phase 1- website design and construction works.
As per our discussions, an online school/portal/platform to facilitate approximately 1200 to 1500 primary school students is required along with an online meeting software to accommodate simultaneous meetings and subsequent recordings. The online portal must be able to facilitate multiple media formats to facilitate learning.
Powerful WordPress Frontend: A WordPress front-end will provide you with the most flexible front-end for marketing instead of something with limited functionality. Additionally, the front-end will integrate seamlessly with the learning system.
Integrated, Powerful Learning Management System: We’ll create impressive online courses, without restrictions and with advanced functionalities:
  • Built for Focus: Your very own branded learning portal creates a distraction free environment for learners.
  • Advanced Quizzing: Eight question types, custom messages, question banks, and more!
  • Dynamic Content Delivery: Drip-feed lessons, require videos to be viewed, linear and open progression, etc.
  • Access Prerequisites: Set access to courses, lessons, and quizzes based on a set of prerequisites.
  • Automated Notifications: Automatically trigger e-mails based on actions learners take (or don’t take) in a course.
  • Badges & Certificates: Award official certificates based on quiz performance, completing a course, or both!
  • Discussion Forums: Encourage conversation among learners by adding a course specific discussion forums.
  • Course Points: Award points to learners as they complete lessons and allow learners to unlock new content.
  • Leaderboards: Award and display the learners who obtain the best scores on quizzes in your courses.
  • Assignments: Require assignment submissions before learners can continue to the next lessons.
Mobile-Responsive Web Design & Construction and SEO
We’ll build and present a draft website template which will include the basic pages (Home, About Us, Contact Us) and any additional pages that are required. A button will link to a protected, subscriber-based learning management system or learning portal.
Phase 1: In this phase we will construct a Draft 1 incorporating your vision and the material you would have provided (or requested) in accordance with your vision or ‘wireframe’. During this phase you will be able to easily provide us with feedback via our convenient and powerful website feedback tool.
Please note that our monthly maintenance fee caters for unlimited superficial revisions and system maintenance. Any major feature updates/upgrades/requests and overhauls will warrant an additional cost.
Phase 2: Tweaking draft 1 to your liking to prepare a Minimum Viable Product for launch.
Phase 3: Test Launch. Though ‘testing’ will be a constant element of every phase, we recommend a ‘harder’ test with ‘beta’ visitors/users to ensure that all systems are firing properly and ready for a full launch.
Phase 4: Full Launch.
Phase 5: Testing, Observations & Feedback
Phase 6: Continuous Maintenance & Optimization.
Depending on the client and the size of the project, some of the above phases may overlap or merge into a single phase.
Lead Generation Tools: Your website system would be equipped with the ability to effect lead generation tools like pop-ups, banners and slide-ins.
Email System Integration: We’ll set up an integrate an email autoresponder for you with Mailchimp which will have a 2000 subscriber limit.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): A SEO optimized website will be built from Day 1 and be optimized over time.
Mobile Responsiveness: Mobile responsiveness is a standard feature of all of our websites since more and more traffic is moving to mobile over time.
As a bonus, we’ll be ready to render advice on ex-website marketing strategy e.g. social media strategy. It is worth reiterating that we’ll build not only a website which positions you professionally and immediately places you above other marketers who have only a Facebook page, but a powerful marketing tool with lots of potential. As with any tool, if it is not used, you will be forgoing a lot and leaving a lot of money on the table.
